The overly gloomy and depressive Forte, is the one true villian of the film. Dertermined to ruin Christmas and the blossoming love between the Beast and Belle, Forte hatches an evil plan and enlists the help of Fife. Forte wishes to remain in his enchanted organ form forever, where he is of use to the depressed Beast. In order to acomplish this he will stop at nothing to keep Belle and the Beast from falling in love...

Fife is Forte's acomplice. Fife, unlike Forte, does not really want to ruin Christmas for Belle and the Beast. Fife even likes Belle and only goes along with Forte's plans because more than anything, he yearns for a solo. Fife, however, does realize that Forte is evil and changes his mind about helping out the evil organist....
